All products listed on our site are stocked and ready for dispatch unless stated otherwise.
Products are displayed with the intent of accurate representation. However, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen differences or batch variations.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are exclusive of GST; applicable GST (currently 18%) will be added at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are Ex-Factory; shipping charges are additional unless agreed otherwise.

4. Order Acceptance & Validity

Quotations and offers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Lumvel.
Bulk or custom orders may be subject to additional terms, shared during quotation.

5. Payment Terms

For all orders:

50% advance along with a non-cancellable Purchase Order, and

50% prior to dispatch.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or QR code as shared on the invoice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped within India only.
Standard delivery timelines vary depending on order size and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Delays due to incorrect information will not be Lumvel’s responsibility.
Freight and logistics charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified.

7. Returns, Replacements & Warranty

Return Policy: Returns are accepted only for defective goods under warranty.
Damage Reporting: Any damage or mismatch must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Product Replacement: Faulty components (LED, COB, PCB, or driver) will be replaced as per warranty terms.
Warranty Terms:
- Outdoor lights: 1 year
- Luxova Series indoor lights: 3 years
- Zen & Prime Series indoor lights: 2 years
  
  (Warranty applicable only if light is purchased with Lumvel LED driver.)

8. Product Discontinuation

Lumvel reserves the right to discontinue or update products without prior notice. Availability of bulk orders may vary based on stock and production.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, images, product designs, and brand visuals — is owned by Lumvel or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lumvel shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Any loss due to improper installation or misuse of products
Delays caused by third-party logistics

11. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
